About the Owners
Jeff & Angie Bridges are the owners/operators of the
Copa Wine Bar located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, TX.
Angie is a native San Antonian and the first "Queen of the Vine"
for the "Taste of the Northside", an official Fiesta San Antonio
that Jeff and Angie founded in 1999. The event benefits the Brighton
School of San Antonio.
Jeff and Angie have had a long history in the Stone Oak area
starting with Wines Etc back in 1998. Wines Etc was even
voted as the best wine shop in San Antonio by the readers of the
San Antonio Current. In 2004 Wines Etc was sold to in order
to open
Copa Wine Bar in 2005. At Copa our goal is to serve needs and desires of
the wine loving community in San Antonio. Jeff is also celebrating his 20th
year in the wine business.
Paul and Katie Gembaroski are our invaluable partners in this
grape adventure we call the Copa Wine Bar. Paul has been in the
restaurant business for 20 + years and is the glue that keeps our
team together.
