Founded in 2005, Copa started as a humble wine and liquor shop before evolving into the cozy, welcoming wine bar it is today. Owner Jeff Bridges, a seasoned wine expert, curates a diverse selection of wines from around the world, pairing them with delicious tapas, flatbreads, and chef-inspired specials. With regular wine tastings, themed dinners, and special events, there’s always something new to sip and savor at Copa.
