Shrimp & Napa Cabbage Soup

Gulf shrimp, Napa cabbage in ginger, roasted garlic broth.

Main Course:

Grilled Santa Maria Tri-Tip

Wood fired tri-tip with roasted mushrooms tossed in

chili-crisp and roasted potatoes.

Wine: St. Supery Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Dessert:

Melons and Mascarpone

A medley of summer melons and sweet Mascarpone cheese with crumbled

amaretto cookies.
