Laissez les bons temps rouler! Join us for a flavorful journey through the heart of Louisiana as Copa's monthly Wine & Dine series heads to the Bayou State for an evening inspired by the rich culinary traditions of New Orleans and beyond.
From savory Creole classics to iconic Louisiana sweets, each course has been thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the bold flavors and regional influences that make Louisiana cuisine so beloved. This one-night-only dining experience celebrates the culture, history, and unmistakable flavors of the South—without ever leaving San Antonio.

Praline Coffee Cake
A buttery coffee cake infused with Café du Monde chicory coffee and Aunt Sallie's pralines.
Paired with: A special Sazerac Cocktail (our little secret)
