Join us at Copa Wine Bar for a special Wine & Dine experience featuring wines from Mil Veranos Winery in D’Hanis, Texas. This thoughtfully paired dinner highlights comforting flavors and regional ingredients while showcasing a collection of distinctive Texas wines.
Each course is paired with a Mil Veranos selection that complements the dish and highlights the versatility of Texas winemaking. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy four chef prepared courses alongside wines chosen to elevate every bite.
Dinner is $95 per person, all-inclusive.

Dill pickle flavored potato puffs topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, sour cream, and pickled jalapeños.
