Father’s Day Wine Finds!

Howdy Y’all,

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 15th. One of the most challenging gift-giving days on the calendar. But that’s only because we are overthinking this yearly conundrum. Dads are simple folks. They wanna eat good and drink better. Steaks for the grill and wine/beer/Bourbon for the glass.

Here are some of my top recommendations for wine and beer gifts for Dad with our retail prices:

  • Champagne for the Sophisticated gentleman- Beau Joie “Special Cuvee’” Brut Champagne N/V, $50.

  • A bold Chardonnay for the Hey Dude Shoes wearing Dad- Quilt Chardonnay, Napa Valley $30.

  • Sauvignon Blanc for Dad to sip by the pool- Treana Sauvignon Blanc, California $27.

  • Dry Rose’ for the Dad sipping on the back of his boat (even in the driveway) Hampton Water Rose’, Southern France $22.50

  • Subtle red wine for the “Foodie” Dad- Siduri Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon $30.

  • A balanced red for the more worldly Dad- Chateau Petit-Freylon “Cuvee’ Leah” Merlot/Cabernet, Bordeaux Superiore, France $18.

  • A bold red for the man of the house- B. Wise “Wisdom” Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa County/Sonoma County, California $31.50

  • For the Dad who has it all- John Anthony Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California $75.

  • For the beer drinker Dad- Anything from Meanwhile Brewing, Austin.

  • Attractive packaging with a broad range of IPA’s and Lagers.

Also, if you really want to impress him, give him a gift card from E&A Meats right here in our shopping center. Just tell Mustapha Jeff from Copa sent you! It is absolutely my favorite meat market in San Antonio.

Hope this helps, Happy Father’s Day to all you Dads out there! - Jeff Bridges
